Hey, i figure an issue on a repository with the ECA validation despite the fact that it's worked correctly with another repository. I've tried to re-sign the ECA but still figure the same issue.

I can't really see all the commit details, but the error message:

Tips

    Could not validate the users ECA sign-off status. Please ensure that the e-mail address of all contributing accounts match a valid Eclipse Foundation account with a valid ECA.
Makes me wonder if you did a Signed-off-by (which is not required) with some bogus information? But I can't tell if that's the case.

no actually, the same ECA is working on another repository and currently, i don't why there such bug on the repository.
