I've downloaded Eclipse-IDE for my new course starting in a few weeks, and opened the workspace.
Now it won't close and I want to restart my computer.
Every time I try to close it I get this error message:

An error has occurred. See error log for more details.

org/eclipse/tm/terminal/view/ui/view/TerminalsView

followed by two buttons:

Details>> and OK

the link takes me to a list of errors but none that are useful.

I just want to close the workspace so I can restart my computer (Mac) but it won't close.

Any suggestions please?

The list of errors might not be meaningful or useful to you, but if we are to diagnose a problem. we can't do that just based on a description.

Maybe try to close the Terminal View. You can always open it again using Window -> Show View.
