I have "Eclipse IDE for Enterprise Java and Web Developers" v2022-09 (4.25.0) installed. Here are my system specifications:

Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎9/‎7/‎2022
OS build 22000.1098
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.1098.0

I am trying to install some plugins, but dragging the "Install" link to the IDE window simply copies the URL into the editor. I see that the "Eclipse Marketplace Client" is installed when I look at the "Installed Software" dialog (listed as version 1.10.0v20220502-0731). However, I do not see a menu entry for this under the Help menu.

Ultimately, what I am trying to install is the "JBoss AS, Wildfly & EAP Server Tools, and that also says that it is installed, however the option to create a new Widfly server is not available in the "Define a New Server" popup dialog.
